Pay & display parking bays and meters opposite the clinic  Monday to Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm

Making An Appointment
You can book our services 24hrs online or by calling 020 7226 7006. We also accept bookings for home visits, subject to availability.
 
Minors must be accompanied by a parent for each consultation. Legal guardians must provide proof of status before initial consultation. We regret that au pairs and nannies may not accompany the child and all decisions made regarding their care must be made in person by their parent or legal guardian

Before your appointment

If this is your initial consultation, please download, print and complete a copy of the New Patient Form below. You can fill this in online using Adobe Fill & Sign

As part of our Covid-19 protocols you'll be asked to complete a short survey, to keep you and our colleagues and patients safe

If you are taking any medication, please bring along the names of your medicines as well as their prescribed dosage. You can bring your prescription chit, the boxes or even a typed list. Lastly, please ensure you are not using your phone during your consultation. 

Payments

 

We accept the following methods of payment:

All our services from this clinic are offered on a Private basis. They are not part of the NHS, so fees are payable. Our current fees list may be downloaded here

Bookings & Cancellations
At least 24hrs notice must be given if you would like to rearrange or cancel your booking.
 
Booking revisions, cancellations and no-shows made within 24hrs of the appointment will not be accepted. These will be subject to a cancellation fee of £85. This will be deducted from any payments you have made online; if you attend our clinic you will be required to pay the outstanding balance before your consultation begins.
 
While we will endeavour to provide you with your preferred podiatrist they may not always be available. No refunds will be made due to the non-availability of a particular podiatrist.
Private Health Insurance​
You should check with your insurance provider beforehand whether the fees and charges may be recovered. Not all treatments or devices may be paid for by your insurance company.
Please note that all our services require full payment in advance online or at the conclusion of your clinic visit. You will be provided with a detailed invoice for your insurance provider upon completion of payment.
We are covered under AXA PPP, Aviva, Cigna and many other major private health insurance schemes. We are not covered under BUPA.
